"A hidden gem! Located next to a gas station, blink and you’ll miss it, but if you did you’d be missing some extremely tasty and authentic Mexican food. Birriachan is a fusion of Birria tacos and top ramen that you’ve got to try. But don’t stop there. The street tacos are great too. This is one of the best Mexican options in Murfreesboro!"

"Food 100/100- the Birria Ramen was great but the chorizo taco was a 10,000/100!! The owner is so nice and clearly has a passion for food and introducing her love to everyone! I can’t wait to go back and try more items"

"I see this food truck all the time near my house and have wondered what all they serve. Found them on google and realized that they make birria ramen!! The lady running the truck is nice and she has signs out up to help with correct pronunciation of the dishes she cooks! I got the Birria ramen plate and it comes with birria ramen and the tacos and pickled vegetables. Was so good I ate it all in one sitting. The family also got some tacos and quesadillas that were very tasty. I love finding a good food truck and this is one that I’ll return to for sure ESPECIALLY since I went there buying for a family of 4 and only paid less than $50 total!! Prices are too good. Too bad they ran out of tamales so soon but I’ll be back to get some."
